I’ve been a jock, materialistic diva, LG party girl, university drop out and hippie travel bum. All phases that led to a more post modern perspective. I believe in a holistic approach. That means doing the best you can to be healthy mentally, physically and spiritually, as well as fostering a healthy community and society as a whole.
