obsessed with the new grapefruit perrier! there is a TINY bit of grape fruit added and no added sugar, so it’s basically like drinking water. so refreshing and seems to really settle my stomach. also super easy to make with one of those carbonation machines and some fresh squeezed grapefruit. yum!

simple fresh and healthy brown rice salad
combine:
2 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup each of chopped mint, parsley and green onions
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
pinch of salt and pepper
